7 Rituals all Millionaires Do

service_familyAs you know one of my biggest passions is mindset and under covering though processes, habits and rituals of ultra successful individuals. After interviewing over 30 multimillionaires, billionaires and world-class athletes as well as having a family member worth over 10 Bil plus being coached by the master mentors in business and personal development industry, I have compiled most common patterns and rituals world-class individuals practice on a daily basis.

Self-discipline is the key to success. Without self-control and self-mastery your success will be short lasting and superficial. When you develop self-discipline and practice these rituals on a daily basis, you will experience a total transformation not just in your bank account, but in all areas of your life.

1. Power hour.

Every successful person starts his/her day with a set of specific rituals, that is called power hour.  For many it looks like that:

wake up 6 am

drink glass of water with lemon

mediation 5-15 min

rebounding and/or jogging 15-30 min

stretching/yoga 15-30 min

goal setting for the day

2. Hydrate!

You might think like this is nothing new, but think again. Do you really drink 3 liters of water per day even before you feel thirsty? It is so important to stay hydrated though out the day for optimum performance. Ditch your sodas and iced teas and sip on room temperature water through out the day and thank me later.

3. Do most important task first.

You know that task that you tend to procrastinate and leave it to “sometime later”? You must do that first thing before other smaller less important tasks of the day. Stop procrastinating and get back to work.

4. Outsource.

Don’t try to save a few bucks by doing everything yourself. Do only what you are best at, all other tasks should be delegated. Don’t be cheap, hire freelancers to start. Later when you can afford get a remarkable team.

5. Never eat alone.

One of my good friends, real estate magnate, taught me an important lesson. He told me to never eat alone.  When he just started; he would call random people from political offices in Sacramento and invited them for lunch. It was best $40 he ever spent. Those connections lead to best real estate deals you could never possibly get without those acquaintances. Later on my friend became so influential in Sacramento, that even Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger needed his support during the elections.

6. Spend your evening with your family.

Even if you have your business dinners booked, make sure you get home on time to connect with your loved ones. Your family is the most important thing in your life.

7. Finish your day with gratitude.

That might sound cliché, but you will never feel content no matter how much wealth you have accumulated unless you are grateful for what you have. Spend a few minutes at nights to reflect on your day and be grateful for your life.
